1. Return Eligibility (Standard Products):
Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Products that are custom-made or manufactured based on customer specifications, including but not limited to:
Saddles made to specific measurements or specifications.
Riding boots manufactured to custom sizes or specifications.
Any equestrian equipment produced upon request with customized materials, colors, sizing, or design
Personalized products
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Important: By placing an order for any customized or made-to-order product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once production has started.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable laws.
In such cases:
Horseman Stores will cover all return shipping costs
The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
Supporting photos or videos may be required
